Colaboración con entidades implicadas en formación (servicios específicos para facilitar el acceso al mercado laboral) a nivel regional, nacional e internacional a través de fondos y programas de la UE

The foundation aims to share knowledge and projects with other similar foundations/organizations that provide innovative training opportunities for different target groups to strengthen development initiatives, innovation and improvement in training. They promote transformative education and socially responsible learning.

Catalan foundation would like to collaborate with other organisations involved in training (specific services to facilitate access to the labour market) at a regional, national and international level through EU funds and programmes.

Since 1987 FUNDACIÓ INFORM uses the simulation and the learning by doing methodology as the training key concept to train and retrain its target groups: the creation of a simulated company as an educational tool to develop skills in administrative work and business processes/management and improve social skills. This methodology enables participants to learn and train in real-life situations, tasks and processes – applying a learning-by-doing approach. INFORM innovates learning environments and fosters people’s empowerment and active participation in the design and development of their learning pathways.
INFORM is based near Barcelona city, Catalonia, and provides training services to more than 500 educational organizations around Spain with around 8000 participants every year. The members of the board are 15 city councils in Catalonia, all of them committed to exploring innovative strategies and implementing projects in the field of local and social development. They join forces in this area and, through INFORM, manage training projects that respond to the needs of their communities.
