Descripción
The company specialized in deploying electric vehicle (EV) charging hubs is looking for industrial / financial partnership after securing 2M€ investment for scaled deployment across periurban / rural areas. The model enables roll‑out across France and Europe with private and public funding, via partnerships with local authorities, landowners and private investors, ensuring fast, scalable, interoperable and long‑term sustainable deployment.
Title
French EV Charging operator looking for industrial / financial partnership after securing 2M€ investment for scaled deployment across periurban / rural areas.
Abstract
The French company focuses on the development, financing and operation of electric vehicle (EV) charging hubs. Charging hubs are designed as coherent, modular clusters of charging points tailored to territorial needs: dense urban areas, activity hubs, public and private parking facilities, peri-urban zones and transit locations. The “charging hub” approach optimizes land use, installed electrical capacity and user experience, while enabling progressive scaling in line with demand growth.
The operating model is based on third party investment financing. Rather than using public budgets or site operators’ capital expenditures, projects are structured so that private investors finance the deployment of charging hubs. The infrastructures are operated over the long term, with value shared among stakeholders.
Its objective is to accelerate the transition to electric mobility in France and other European countries. The project addresses the structural delay in charging infrastructure deployment, particularly in territories with limited public investment capacity and where operational complexity slows local initiatives.
The company covers the entire value chain:
• Land identification and securing (long term leases, land partnerships, agreements with local authorities and private owners)
• Economic and financial analysis (IRR modelling, structuring of third party investments)
• Project management, construction and commissioning
• Interoperability and supervision of charging infrastructure
• Operations, maintenance and customer service
• Operational and financial reporting for partners and investors
The project is supported by digital tools enabling real-time monitoring of charging hub performance, usage optimization and full transparency for financial partners. This data-driven approach facilitates the replication of the model at a European scale and its adaptation to national regulatory frameworks.
Deployment in France serves as a reference and pilot market for European expansion. The ambition is to build a standardised, replicable model aligned with European transport decarbonisation policies, while remaining flexible enough to address local specificities across Member States.
By structuring an ecosystem in which investors, local authorities, landowners and end users have aligned interests, the company seeks to remove a key barrier to mass EV adoption: easy, reliable and economically sustainable access to local charging infrastructure.
