Tech4SmartCities has emerged from the previous editions of E²Tech4(Smart)Cities. This brokerage event with a pitching session is organized by Enterprise Europe Brussels and focusses on sustainable and smart technologies for cities.

The brokerage event is fully virtual & free of charge. It is dedicated to private companies (including SMEs and large companies), public authorities and municipalities, university and research centres, industry and associations.

The focus of the event will be on technologies & solutions ,related to energy performance, urban mobility, sustainable construction, circularity, low carbon economy , digital transformation etc., that contribute towards achievement of climate-neutrality objectives of cities and increase their resilience.

An informative webinar will be hosted by the NCP Brussels network during the lunch break to highlight related upcoming European Research and Innovation opportunities under the Horizon Europe Programme.

In addition it is foreseen to have 3 short thematic parallel webinars where best practices and/or business cases from the circular economy, digital and mobility sector (tbc) will be presented to illustrate opportunities and challenges cities are facing in their transition to become climate-neutral, sustainable ecosystems.

As in the previous editions there will also be a pitching session where selected SMEs and start-ups will have the possibility to present their innovative projects at a panel of international investors.
